We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man at this time.

Spend £40 or more and get completely free next day delivery to your door.
Next Day Delivery — 24-Hour Tracked
£6.95 | FREE over £40
- Orders placed before 7pm Sunday – Friday are baked and dispatched the same day for next day delivery
- Orders placed after 7pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or bank holidays
Order Processing
Every order is baked fresh on the day of dispatch. We never send pre-made cookies.
- Sunday – Friday, before 7pm: Baked and dispatched same day
- After 7pm Friday: Baked and dispatched Monday
- Bank holidays: Dispatched on the next working day
Tracking Your Order
Once your cookies are dispatched, you'll receive:
- Dispatch confirmation email
- Tracking number and courier details
- Estimated delivery date
- Real-time tracking updates via text/email from the courier
What if I'm Not Home?
Our courier will:
- Leave with a neighbour (if safe place instructions provided)
- Leave in a safe place (if specified)
- Return to depot for redelivery (if no safe place)
- Send you options to rearrange delivery
Add delivery instructions at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Peak Periods
During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and other holidays, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Courier networks can experience delays during these times which are outside of our control.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or doesn't arrive, please contact us within 48 hours at info@ndough.co.uk.
We will do our best to rectify the situation.
