We sell freshly baked cookies for delivery across mainland UK.

  • All products are made fresh to order
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly
  • We reserve the right to modify our product range without notice
  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
  • Delivery charges are clearly stated at checkout

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
  • A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send dispatch confirmation
  • You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are baked and dispatched

5. Delivery

Delivery terms:

  • We deliver to mainland UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales)
  • We offer next day 24-hour tracked delivery
  • Orders must be placed before 7pm Sunday – Friday for same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed after 7pm Friday are dispatched on Monday
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address provided is not our responsibility

6. Cancellation & Returns

Your Consumer Rights (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013):

Perishable food items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period for distance selling under UK law. Once your order has been baked, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Before Baking: You may cancel your order free of charge up until baking commences (usually within 2-4 hours of order confirmation).

Quality Issues: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not to standard, we will do our best to rectify the situation. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

7. Food Safety & Allergens

  • All products contain allergens (see our Allergen Information)
  • All products are made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, and sesame
  • We cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination
  • It is your responsibility to check allergen information before ordering
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products
