Out for Delivery
Your cookies are on the delivery van and will arrive today. You'll receive updates via text/email from the courier.
Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered! If there was an issue with delivery, please contact us immediately.
Delayed
Unexpected delay with courier. We'll proactively contact you with updates and next steps.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery (2-3 working days)
Your cookies are baked fresh and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched same day for next working day delivery.
